Front-to-rear taper is unusual to see on a car door, so I was surprised to discover this one day.
The lower door panel is straight and aligned with the car, but the greenhouse widens to the aft.

Bonus: The non-load-bearing SMC body panels of the car. This is the cosmetic “C-pillar” which is just a cover for the engine bay. Structural roll protection is provided by a tubular roll bar bolted onto the carbon tub. The rear hatch hinges are mounted on an extension of the roll bar.
