Okay, what's been happening?

What’s been happening while I was at work?

I ask because Google.co.uk is showing,

‘Google offered in: Nederlands’

So I can have Google.co.uk IN DUTCH???

So is this a thing that because almost 99% of Dutch speak English, Google wants us to learn Dutch?
