The 97 year old Duke of Edinburgh has just been involved in a car accident pulling out of a private road onto the A149 near Her Majesty’s Sandringham Estate.
He climbed (assisted) free of his vehicle which came to rest on the driver’s side of the Land Rover, Freelander.
The two occupants of the other vehicle as with the Duke of Edinburgh were both not seriously injured (the driver suffered some cuts and her passenger an arm injury) and both drivers breathalysed as routine and both passed.
