Who would have been at fault?
At drop off this morning I stopped to let my kids out, the parent ahead of me (silver car) cleared, and AS I BEGAN MOVING FORWARD and indicating my merge back into traffic, the blue car that was passing me cut in front of me to drop off. Not sure if they indicated, though I do not recall seeing them do so in my side view.
They were too close to my left front to see any lights. Yeah, it was that close.
They SHOULD have joined the line behind me, not cut ahead, in my opinion.
I honked, and she gave me a little ‘WTF?” gesture as I passed.
So considering that I was moving forward, and she entered my ‘lane’, would she be at fault?
