Most days at work, I eat lunch made from the groceries I keep in the fridge at work. But if I get an inkling, I’ll get some takeout.
Today, I got you po mian (spicy scallion noodles) with tofu from Taigu, which is one of those Chinese joints with both “authentic” and Americanized menus. When you get lunch they throw in a couple veggie spring rolls too. More than worth the 12 bucks.
