In both of the shower-equipped bathrooms in my house, we have those detachable shower heads on hoses. I love them, but the hose on the one in my master bathroom has developed a leak, and the spray pattern has never been that great so I’m replacing it. WELL LOOKIE WHAT WE HAVE HERE.

While I could’ve gone to one of my local Home Depots, because I’m lazy, I decided to see what was on Amazon. Like many other product categories on Amazon, the shower head section is filled with random Chinese brands with overly-descriptive listing names, goofy stock photos, and fake honest-in-exchange-for-a-discount reviews, at low low prices.

Since the main reason I’m replacing my current shower head instead of trying to just fix the hose is I want to get a wider spray pattern, I found myself perusing the many different images of various adjustable shower heads to determine which one would be ideal for my wants. For example, this AquaDance High Pressure 6-Setting 3.5" Chrome Face Handheld Shower with Hose for the Ultimate Shower Experience! Officially Independently Tested to Meet Strict US Quality & Performance Standards has several marginally helpful photos of spray patterns that I assembled into this super high quality gif.

Then I stumbled upon this YOO.MEE High Pressure Handheld Shower Head with Powerful Shower Spray against Low Pressure Water Supply Pipeline, Multi-functions, Bathroom Accessories w/ 79'’ Hose, Bracket, Flow Regulator, Chrome.

I started trying to learn about the different shapes of water this shower head was capable of spraying, but YOO.MEE’s marketing department didn’t see fit to include that in any of their pictures. Instead, I learned that unlike other limp, flaccid shower head streams, the YOO.MEE shower head’s stream is strong and vigorous!

I’m still not quite ready to make a purchase yet, because I need to know whether this particular TwinPower Turbo application means one twin-scroll turbo or two single-scroll turbos.
