Further investigation revealed that the Tucson in question is a manual, 1.6 diesel with 136hp. The automatic is available with awd and 185 hp. Both versions use a 440Wh battery.
Two separate electrical systems, a 48v and a 12v, manage the car. Why it is manual? I don’t know, but this system doesn’t seem to have an “EV” only mode, which would make the clutch redundant.
It does score the “ECO” emissions standard for Spain, the second best out of four.
