Local guy near me has this triumph 1200 trophy for sale for well under 2 grand. The side fairings are cracked and the luggage is scraped (I’m guessing it had a fall at some point) but the price is right. I might be picking it up as a birthday present from me to me. I really want to turn it into a gentleman’s cafe racer. Chop down the windscreen, tidy up the nose, remove the luggage rack and make it a comfy solo seat, and then go full off-road explorer mode on the KLR.
