New Camera Meets Old Car

I am back in Vancouver for the week. Ostensibly I had to take leave to “burn off” some of my accumulated annual leave days... so I had decided to take this time to come back, get my car plated, and then road trip back to Kingston.

After some back and forth with my parents, we decided instead to use a shipping company with weekly car transportation service between Vancouver and Toronto, fly over when the car arrives, then visit Ottawa / Montreal as a family and with the car.

Yesterday I had the car plated and insured, and then today I brought it over to the shipper. While at their yard, I decided to introduce my current camera to my car, which they had never met before. As they will be “working” together extensively, I thought that they should “meet” as soon as possible.

So, here they are, the first pictures of my 2013 Cadillac CTS-V in Black Diamond Tricoat, taken by my Nikon D750 with Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8E ED VR lens... the first of many to come.
