Am I doing this right?

First “issue” in a while with Kristin...

Symptom: Low coolant light briefly flashed when exiting banked highway ramp but went away shortly after.

Diagnosis: Checked coolant reservoir after shutting engine down for several hours, coolant level observed to be low. Inspected area around water pump and hoses to be dry, possibly due to evaporation.

Corrective Action: Top up with 50/50 Dexcool and filtered water, re-check coolant level OK.
