Found this at the liquor store this afternoon. It’s Colbitzer Heide-Brauerei Pils from Braunschweig. Never seen it before. Judging by the abundance of languages predominately Chinese) on the ingredients and warning label, I’d say it’s pretty widely distributed. And, as such, it’s not that daring. Could be a little more carbonated and a little more sharp flavored for my idea of a good pils. But it certainly is drinkable. I’d give it a 7/10 because I’ve had much worse.
