This A-4 Skyhawk belonging to Marine Attack Squadron 133 (VMA-133) was parked outside the 12th Naval District offices on Treasure Island in San Francisco Bay.
Anybody care to guess the year? You could click on the photo credit, but that would be cheating.
Update: shop-teacher got the date. It was taken in 1979.
