I think the lady was using Walmart in order not to make herself look like the looser she really is. Just cannot believe multiple years of changes with multiple Walmart Techs and not once a filter change? I call bs on her back story.

It also pulled a leaf into the mass air flow sensor.

As you can imagine, it stalled in the middle of traffic.

They wanted to blame it on Cummins *facepalm*, since the engine is still under warranty, but checking ECM info, the service light was on since 892 hours back for low coolant, and check engine light was on since 866 hours back, engine decided to shut off to protect from high oil temperature and that’s when they decided to take make a stop at our shop...

No oil on dipstick and leaks everywhere. They are wondering why their car shuts its self off.

Update: customer does not believe being 3 1/2 quarts low will cause this issue. Does not want any repairs done and told us he is taking it to his technician. Lol

That’s nuts.

Axle tubes bent, caliper slide pin sleeve collapsed, brake hose, shocks torn out, shackles torn, frame rail twisted, spring bracket nearly ripped off frame, 3 severely bent rims and 2 shredded tires, yolk broken. We haven’t even looked as to why the front tires have -15 degrees of camber. No broken u-bolts. Center pins must have sheared a while back then they hit something big or deep. They overload it anyways. It’s a box truck

Same company dropped this one off last night. Not even 48hrs later

...he came in for tires, way overestimated how effective his “lift” was and they didn’t fit, so we put the stock back on and he left

Note the hydraulic mule on the far right connected to Engine #2. We were doing a full gear swing, basically testing the operation of the nose and main landing gear.
