We’ve been dead af lately so we let him search for about a half hour before we all decided to use our free time to completely clean out the storm drain. Lube tech was still looking as we scooped years of neglect out of the drain, & we waited until we were all done to tell him the bolt was never missing.

08 Dodge 6.7, guy had a tuner installed and ran it on high performance all the time. Turbo completely failed, dpf plugged. The customer was never informed by the tuner it would plug with it being set to Max power at all times. This was not cheap.

Not new, someone had swapped engine with wrecker unit, one of the dowels was left in old engine I presume. Also unsure how long ago the swap was done, owner has not had the car long.

Between 20 flat rate technicians and 4 express techs, they unfortunately had to let the express techs go. And 5 of the flat rate techs took vacation that my company does not pay for, you have to use your own PTO/Sick days. Our dealership is operating at just barely 40% compared to normal.

It’s the valve body on a 15 forester. Our best guess is either someone put some foreign fluid in it or the trans cooler leaked coolant into the tranny. Either way shits fucked. Lady had us just bolt it back up and she “drove it” away.

We also put a used trans in 120k ago against our advice of going reman and she has not once changed the fluid. She was mad that we weren’t covering the bill on the trans we put in.

07 Murano. It’s in to replace the rusted out k frame.

The pup started sliding off the berm and the driver panicked and hit the brakes and continued dumping.

The frame isn’t bent, just the tongue. And its 3x3x3/16" square tube.

This went through two techs over 2 days and multiple random parts before I got it and found this in 30 minutes. Such a satisfying feeling to “win” against the machine.

The really stupid part of this is my dealership does free oil changes for new cars purchased here. She sludged up her engine putting off a free oil change.
