A friend of mine who is out of town is interested so I did some reconnaissance work. It’s an 07 with about 180k km on the clock. Quite clean, given its age. Started up just fine, no weird noises in the engine bay or exhaust, and no leaks. Went for a little test ride and the engine pulls great. Transmission is smooth. It’s being sold by a used car lot and the dealer told me there’s “quite a bit of interest” despite not having moved the car in 2 weeks. So who knows what that really means.
Anyways, armed with more knowledge, it’s up to my friend to pull the trigger.
