DIOCCUSA shall mean Down in Old Car City USA
This retired firetruck spends its last days posing for photos for curious tourists in Old Car City USA in White, Georgia. The Ford (if I recall) had been stripped of most of its fire fighting bits but the mechanicals were all intact.
The ancient siren on this fire engine is still in admirable shape with no rust. I bet it still works.

The truck was mostly stripped behind the cab. I estimate the Ford to be manufactured in the mid to late 40s and probably was in use until the early 1970s; what do you think?
