So, the title is about the new Defender, but there isn’t so much of a picture of it until the very end. Its in reality, a love letter to the Land Rover brand, going through their notable models, and full of driving, historic footage, and interviews. They show how the models have improved, and why despite those improvements, people cling to the old versions. While the host clearly loves Land Rovers, he is open about their problems, in particular with the last generation Defender.
